Mi40X Review – The full opinion

Thanks for being patient with me guys. It’s finally done. So, without further ado, here’s the most comprehensive Mi40X review on the net. No fluff, no filler – just what you want and NEED to know before purchasing. Now be sure and understand that Mi40X is not perfect and that there is no perfect exercise program out there. You will hear that from me a few times in this Mi40X review.

First of all, What Exactly is Mi40X?

Now, Mi40x is the latest online exercise program created by professional IFBB body builder Ben Pakulski. The program uses a leading edge muscle development technique known as ‘Cell Enlargement Protocol’ or CEP [pronounced “sep”] that focuses on stimulating the growth of satellite muscle cells within the body resulting in rapid muscle development. The program is intended to blend effective exercise routines, biological diet and health supplements to enable muscle growth and reduce fat content simultaneously. The program contains PDF guides of the work out routines, exercise video demonstrations and nutrition and supplement guides. Mi40X also comes with an FAQ section so if you have any questions you can get answers to them whenever you need them.

Okay. The Mi40X work out program is accessible from the Mi40X website, which contains a 10 minute introductory video by the creator of the course, telling you about and selling you on the various benefits of Mi40X and why you should buy it. After 10 minutes the price and purchasing options appear below the video, so you would have to sit through that annoying video for 10 whole minutes if you wanted to purchase the product. This can be a bit of a pain in the rear, especially if you’ve seen it before. Fortunately for us you can always scroll to the bottom of the page and click on ‘learn more’ to get the price. Be aware though that the price can and does change whenever Ben puts on a sale. If you want to know the current price you will have to check it out for yourself.

When you subscribe you gain access to the members’ area.

I’ll be honest with you I love trying out new weight training programs and I was as excited as a chocoholic in a Hershey factory when I downloaded my Mi40X and couldn’t wait to see what it looked like. Fortunately, receipt of the digital products couldn’t be simpler. You just check your inbox for an email with the subject line ‘Receipt for Order #[number] : Complete MI40X System’. Then you just open the email and click on the link that says: ‘Click Here to access your digital product’.

Once inside the Mi40X members’ area you will be presented with all the workout content with clickable download links as well as a video from Ben Pakulski, in which he walks you through the program and how to get started. It lasts 5 minutes and is well worth watching. What impressed me about Mi40X is that the program all fits together pleasantly, and this video explains exactly how, although the problem I had with it is that Ben is still trying to sell you more stuff (The CEP Custom Meal Plans) and it’s not even certain that you need this to achieve the gains, but it is still worth watching.

It’s quick to get into the members’ area but that is only the beginning. It actually would take around 5 or 6 hours to download and watch all of the videos in the presentation. I would not even attempt to start training the Mi40X way without first watching and consuming all of the information on it because you will just be wasting your time. It is an intense and in-depth course that will require your full time attention and commitment.

Taking the time to learn all the nitty gritty involved with this course is very hard work. It is time consuming and labor intensive. You can just sit back and watch the videos if you like, but I preferred to take notes on a notepad to speed up the process of integrating the information into my gym routines. The thing you must have is a good positive mind-set for working out and achieving results.

Basically, you’re getting a step by step professional video guide of how to train in order to get the fastest gains and make rapid progress on your physique.

What I loved about Mi40X

As I said at the top of the Mi40X review, I don’t believe there is any such thing as a perfect exercise program. They all have their pros and cons and you will just have to decide if Mi40X is right for you and if a program does what it advertises that it does then there is nothing special about that. It should do that anyway.
However when a product over-delivers on what it says it does then I LOVE that, and here’s where Mi40X does over-deliver:

The exercise demonstration videos:

The video section of the course consists of a series of exercise videos, in which Ben Pakulski acts as an online personal trainer, demonstrating and commentating on all the Mi40X work out routines.
The Mi40X exercise videos show you step by step exactly how to perform the various work out routines for each body part and I thoroughly enjoyed watching these. I learned so much stuff it was awesome and the videos lay out clearly and precisely what you should do in each exercise and why, with Ben’s assistant performing the exercises like a pro.
He points out common mistakes and gives helpful tips on technique improvement and proper movement.

The CEP methodolgy and the ‘Science of CEP’ Videos.

The CEP concept is the key scientific principle in the MI40X workout program and it rocks. This principle is backed up by academic research carried out by Dr Jacob M Wilson et al at The University of Tampa and is a proven scientific method of rapid muscle development while becoming leaner simultaneously.
But I wouldn’t let you make the mistake of thinking the CEP method is an easy way to get muscle, because it’s not. You will be pumping iron until you’re blue in the face. The results aren’t easy, but they are fast and proven.

It works.

Most importantly, if you are prepared to put in the time and effort required for this kind of intensive work out routine, then you WILL get results FAST. If you perform the exercises exactly as Ben Pakulski lays out the program, you will get tangible, positive results in a few weeks, maybe a couple of months.

Mi40X – The bad points:

You need to wait like a few days before you can actually get started. Because as I say it takes time to really go through and study the introductory videos. They are a necessity, but it takes a few days for you to assimilate all the content and incorporate it into your pattern of life.

You need to be really disciplined and committed. To derive maximum benefits from the Mi40x program, it is not enough if you undergo weight training. You also need to adhere to all the other requirements set forth in the program. People who are not used to following strict routines may find this to be a bit challenging, although I think it’s essential to be committed to any body building program if you want to achieve results anyway, and if you’re reading this, then you probably are.

Final Word:

And so we come to the end of my Mi40X review. Overall, this is one of the most impressive and complete weight training programs I’ve seen in a long time.

When you look past the flashy sales page about ‘CEP this and that’ what you essentially have is an amazing, unique, simple yet powerful system that’s a sure win for any body builder to make rapid, tangible gains, no matter what your level of experience is. Heck, I’m going to watch all of those exercise videos for the third time after I’m done writing this review.

What is the Mi40x exercise plan made up of?



The Mi40X review I am writing will contain more details of the overall exercise routines in the fitness plan, but for now I thought it would be beneficial to provide a brief run down of the scientific principle the course is founded on. Ben has named his secret muscle building technique ‘Cell Expansion Protocol’ or CEP [sep] for short.

The CEP method works by expanding EVERY cell in your muscle without tearing down the muscle fibers. If you can imagine a single muscle cell as a balloon, which expands when you train, then the balloon will deflate very quickly, coz as we know, the pump goes away. Well CEP will encourage more of the muscle cells to participate in the lifting process, enhancing that expansion, giving larger, longer term gains.

The CEP training method takes just 4 minutes per exercise.

It is based on a work out plan called NOS (Neurological Overload Sets) which causes the person training to ‘feel’ their muscle, and the burn they receive, in a much more intensified way. It has been designed with research scientists to pack pounds of muscle tissue onto every area, every week. That’s right – EVERY WEEK.

If you have already trained using Ben’s NOS method, get ready to experience hard work, coz this is supposed to take NOS to the next level.

It is claimed that Mi40x is the best exercise program in terms of:

  • Less time spent in the gym
  • More time spent recovering
  • Faster Muscle Growth
  • And, I should mention, insane pumps

Who is Ben Pakulski anyway?



Before posting my full Mi40X review, I’d like to fill you guys in on a little background information about the program’s creator.

Benjamin Pakulski (known affectionately as ‘the Pak Man’) is a successful IFBB professional bodybuilder from Toronto, Canada. He was born in 1981, which at the time I am writing this makes him currently 33. He has already enjoyed success with a previous online exercise program – Mi40 – which is described as ‘an innovative resistance exercise program’.

Mi40x Creator Ben Pakulski

Ben Pakulski graduated with honors from the University of Western Ontario with a B.Sc. in Kinesiology. On his website, he attributes this background for making his name “synonymous with an intelligent and healthy approach to bodybuilding.” He teaches seminars and coaches aspiring bodybuilders with his education in nutrition and exercise science. Also on his website it states that since November 2012, he has been actively writing a book on bodybuilding.

In competitive bodybuilding he has racked up a number of successes, most recently finishing 2nd in the 2013 Arnold Classic competition after placing 4th the previous year and a 10th place finish in 2011. He finished 11th in his first ever Mr Olympia contest in 2011, which is a great achievement by anybody’s standards. Also, in the IFBB he finished 2nd twice in 2008 and was the winner of the 2008 Mr Canada competition. Quite an impressive roll of honor.

From this information I surmise that Mr Pakulski is a highly educated, intelligent individual with a background in science and nutrition as well as fitness and exercise. He seems a driven and determined goal achiever and testimonials from his students reveal him to be an inspirational coach. He is also a family man, having recently had a baby boy with his long-time girlfriend.
